Leading service measurement jobs and supporting companies in integrating metrology processes into their business.
How long have you been at the company and what do you like the most about working here?
I've been working at INSPHERE for almost three years. I like the environment, people and variability of the type of work.
How has INSPHERE changed since you joined the company?
We have moved offices twice and doubled in size - I was employee number one! The types and increasing portfolio of work have been a great driver for all involved.

I recently provided the metrology for the Southampton University Formula Student team for a full car assembly.
What do you think are good habits of successful metrology engineers?
Patience, care and an inquisitive nature.
What has been your proudest professional or personal moment?
Handing in my PhD thesis.
How do you see metrology evolving in additive manufacturing?
More automation - as in all other sectors - I'm currently working with a high-end additive company scoping out how metrology is used and what their requirements are.
