Robot measurement
IONA provides accurate positional awareness for robots. Using a scalable network of sensors, it supplies metrology-grade positional data to automated manufacturing processes.
Live positional data from IONA enables robot simulations and programs to be updated either periodically or in real-time. This can be used to correct for variation in part location, cell setup or inherent errors in the automated system.
This data enables an accurate digital twin of the manufacturing system, allowing the user to bring offline programmes online – seamlessly – without the need for manual intervention.
The metrology-grade data generated can be used to improve the accuracy and performance of robots enabling new processes to be automated.

ORA is INSPHERE's uniquely adaptive robot control software. Providing incredibly precise, actionable insights, ORA makes it possible to apply remote, in-process robot cell adjustments to improve production accuracy and efficiency.
Flexible enough to work with a variety of different sensing options and other software, it integrates seamlessly with factory systems for a completely tailored solution.
Easy integration with major robot OEMs, communicating in native programming languages.
Includes a variety of functions accessed via an API, and can act as an autonomous ‘black box’.
Intuitive to use, including a 3D environment and graphical display of the data generated.

The products complement INSPHERE’s expanding range of robot guidance technologies to continually improve automation accuracy, quality and efficiencies.
RCS products focus on the problems associated with manual set-up, calibration, and maintenance of robots, such as operational accuracy and repeatability.
The range is made up of three products: RCS L-90 ballbar device, RCS T-90 tri-ballbar system and RCS P-series probing solution.
